LAKEMASTER RETURN POLICY

Improperly used or damaged items are not eligible for exchange. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of the sale. LakeMaster products are not returnable unless the item is found to be defective. If you receive a LakeMaster product and believe it to be defective, you may email bigfish@lakemap.com, or call 800-540-5747 within 30 days of purchase to obtain a return authorization number. LakeMaster cannot exchange a product without a return authorization number.

The product must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the item. The return authorization number must be on the outside of the package. Include the purchase receipt, your name, address and the reason for the return. LakeMaster will not be responsible for packages until they are received in our warehouse. Use a trackable means of shipping and keep a copy of the purchase receipt for your own records.

Upon receipt of the product in our warehouse, LakeMaster will make a determination of the products condition. A product that has been damaged by the customer (e.g., overwritten files on electronic charts) will not be accepted for replacement.
